 Totally
I spent 6 month in Australia, the first 4 months
in the most wonderful city i've ever seen - Perth.
My first 4 weeks I lived together with Heather,
Alex (another Swissgirl) and Mari (a lovely Japanes
girl). I really enjoyed those weeks because Heather
is a such a lovely person, I really really miss
her. I hope to spend some days with her when I
go back to Australia.
After 4 weeks i had to move to my Demi-Pair family.
My first impression was great. I believe I was
lucky to get that nice Homestays. For 3 months
I lived with Barbara and her daughters Sally and
Penny.  I
tell you, sometimes it's hard go come "home"
from school and you know exactly you have to do
some housework, but in general, I think, it was
for me a good experience and I believe it would
be a good one for everybody.
My time in Aspect ILA was incredible. I found
new friends and we had such great fun. The teachers
are also very nice and I really miss some of them.
After 4 months interesting, busy and funny life
in Perth I had to leave.
I started my travelling up to Darwin (along the
Westcoast) and I say, if you wanna discover the
real Australia visit the western part. Now I'm
back in Switzerland since 26/06/2002 and one thing
I know for sure:
Perth, Heather, Babs and all the others - I'm coming back soon!

I come from Switzerland and I was
one year ago for 3 1/2 mounth in Australia. It was
such a great time! The first three months I lived
with a lovely women with dogs and a cat. Sometimes
lived there  with
some Japanese girls. I could go out with friends
or stay with my family. I found in my homestay mother
a person between my mother (she is still my second
mother for me) and a really good girlfriend. If
I needed help she helped everytime. I could talk
with her about everything.
I also went to school and achieved the First Certificate. In my freetime I went on exercursions like Wave Rock or The Pinacles. Western Australia is so beautiful and has a lot of different thiks to see. I never saw such beautiful beaches.... or I went on shopping tours in this wonderful city... There was a lot to see and a lot to do.
After my time in Perth I went for 1 week to Sydney. But Perth I liked much better.
Perhaps because the nice city, or the nice and helpful people there.

have been in Perth for 2.5 years. I didn't have
much money to live in Perth for such a long time.
But luckily, I got a nice Demi-pair family.
I learned useful English from the family through
the real Australian life. And their daughter became
a good English teacher and a little sister to
me. I was very happy.
Thank you for everyone who helped me. Heather,
I can't forget your kindness and yummy dinners.
I love beautiful Perth and wonderful friends.

My hostmother, Heather, was really kind. She took me out to a lot of places,
like birthday parties, nice barbecues ,beautiful
beaches... and so on.
I spent the most wonderful time in Perth!
