Do you know about the Perth Demi-Pair program?

Well, most people don't know anything about this amazing program, other people know a little but not enough.

Demi-Pair is a program where girls live in Australian Families and they work for them. HOW? They work looking after their children and some cleaning at home, but with that job you pay for food and a bed; that means you don't have to worry about money. O.k. but that is the business meaning; now, the real meaning of this program.

In this program you will have the opportunity to discover a new culture, and to live with marvelous people, who help you a lot with your English. You spend fantastic moments, especially with the children, in my case, Rosie (little girl, 9 years-old) who is the nicest, kindest and most gorgeous girl I have met in my life. We grew up together, we enjoyed ourselves, making cakes and muffins, painting, playing on the computer, reading stories, telling each other the best thing about our day and doing our favorite thing, watching movies. I really enjoyed my time with her and I'm so grateful to Rosie, because I improved my English a lot, and in the easy way, "playing".

When I arrived in Perth, I thought that I knew how to look after a house, but not really; when I started to do all my housework (not so much) I had to change my mind and learn from the beginning again. My first two weeks were quite hard but after that, these activities became so easy and I could manage my time, go out with my friends, and I could do an excellent job as a student.

I must give thanks to my family for their patience, for their teaching and knowledge.

In conclusion; this is a great program and I would like to invite all girls to join it. It's a great opportunity in your life to grow up as a person and improve your English.
