The Working Holiday Program provides a wonderful opportunity
for self-sufficient and enthusiastic young people from
14
participating countries to spend up to 12 months
exploring Australia,
with the option of engaging in
casual employment when travel
funds need replenishing.
Currently, Australia welcomes over
85,000 working holiday
makers every year! The Department of Immigration and
Citizenship (DIAC) has now made the visa application
process
much faster and more convenient.
You can apply for a working holiday
visa if you are over 18 years
old and not yet 31 years
old. This visa will allow you to work in
Australia for
one year but you can only work 3 months with each employer.
